Whether you want to lose (or gain) any amount of weight, my weight management nutrition coaching is designed to help you achieve lasting results while also helping you develop habits that allow you to be the healthiest version of yourself! I take the pressure and stress out of meal planning, correct micronutrient deficiencies, and provide continuous accountability and support. My nutrition programs are individualized to your desired outcomes and include, but are not limited to:

  • Full assessment and nutrient analysis reviewing macronutrient and micronutrient intakes

  • Detailed evaluation of current diet and recommendations provided by me

  • Virtual refrigerator and pantry clean-out, grocery store tours/education

  • Personalized nutrition plans tailored to your individual needs and goals

SERVICE OPTIONS

Services are individualized to each individual

Individual - $250

  • 60-minute Initial consult + Goal Setting

  • Meal plan tailored specifically to your individual needs (3 options: 2 specific + 1 “build your own”)

  • Individualized calories and macronutrients

  • Follow-up’s can be added on + are suggested to achieve the best results (additional $50)

Follow-Up - $50 (suggested 2 weeks after initial assessment)

  • 30-minute follow-up consult

PACKAGES AVAILABLE

Weekly Package (Monthly Charge; 4 Sessions Per Month) - $300

  • 1, 60-minute initial consult

  • 3, 30-minute follow-ups (every week)

  • Individualized calories & macronutrients

  • Progress check-in + reassessment of goals

  • Reevaluate + adjust calories & macronutrients (as needed)

  • Weekly accountability + 24/7 chat access

  • Access to recipes, meal ideas, snack ideas, etc.

Bi-Weekly Package (Monthly Charge; 2 Sessions Per Month) - $200

  • 1, 60-minute initial consult

  • 1, 30-minute follow-up (every 2 weeks)

  • Individualized calories & macronutrients

  • Progress check-in + reassessment of goals

  • Reevaluate + adjust calories & macronutrients (as needed)

  • Weekly accountability + 24/7 chat access

  • Access to recipes, meal ideas, snack ideas, etc.

Sports Nutrition

1-Month: Includes initial session + 2 follow-up sessions
