Whether you want to lose (or gain) any amount of weight, my weight management nutrition coaching is designed to help you achieve lasting results while also helping you develop habits that allow you to be the healthiest version of yourself! I take the pressure and stress out of meal planning, correct micronutrient deficiencies, and provide continuous accountability and support. My nutrition programs are individualized to your desired outcomes and include, but are not limited to:
Full assessment and nutrient analysis reviewing macronutrient and micronutrient intakes
Detailed evaluation of current diet and recommendations provided by me
Virtual refrigerator and pantry clean-out, grocery store tours/education
Personalized nutrition plans tailored to your individual needs and goals

60-minute Initial consult + Goal Setting
Meal plan tailored specifically to your individual needs (3 options: 2 specific + 1 “build your own”)
Individualized calories and macronutrients
Follow-up’s can be added on + are suggested to achieve the best results (additional $50)
Follow-Up - $50 (suggested 2 weeks after initial assessment)
30-minute follow-up consult
