More about me & how Taylor’d Nutrition Started!

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics who has a passion for helping athletes learn how to fuel their body to perform and feel their best as well as helping non-athletes reach their weight goals and develop habits that allow you to be the healthiest version of yourself.

I studied Food and Nutrition at The University of Alabama where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. Upon graduating, I became a Registered Dietitian and started my career in sports nutrition. I worked as an intern at The Jacksonville Jaguars for 2 years, which is where I truly fell in love with helping athletes (& non-athletes) better their performance and everyday life through their nutrition. After my time at the Jaguars, I then worked as an RD for 2 years at the University of Oklahoma. There I worked with a variety of athletes from football to tennis to rowing, etc. I most recently worked as a Dietitian at The San Francisco 49ers for 2 years. After a phenomenal 2 years with the 49ers, I decided it was time to finally open up my own private practice and pursue this dream of mine I have always wanted to do!
