Hi, I’m Taylor!
I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. I have experience working as a Dietitian in the NFL and at a D1 College. I work with athletes as well as active people of all ages, teaching them how to fuel their body to improve their performance, meet their nutrition goals, and live a healthy life. I also help non-athletes reach their weight goals and develop habits that allow those to be the healthiest version of themselves!
